PAYMENT METHODS

By card

Fast and secure payment method. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. All payment details are encrypted in transmission and are entered on the payment gateway side. We have no access to these data, nor do we store them anywhere. The money is transferred immediately.

DELIVERY

Your order is shipped within 1-2 business days

Standard

The package is delivered to a pickup point- i.e parcel machine or post office (in some countries, delivery attempts are also made to the residential address) and it is always trackable.

Baltics: 2-3 working days

EU: 5-10 working days

Premium

The package is delivered by courier and is always trackable.

RETURNS

Claim goods

As a customer, you have the right to claim for defective goods if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the specifications in the description.
  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • The product does not perform as expected

Claim procedure

  1. Prepare the following documents for a quick processing of your claim: invoice number, description of the defect, photos or a short video of the defective product.

Return goods

  • You are allowed to return the product within 14 days without having to explain why.
  • Goods must be complete, undamaged and not have signs of using
  • Shipping costs associated with returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer. The initial shipping fee is not refundable.
  • Your request will normally be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Important Information for Bed Purchases: Our beds are vacuum-packed for easy delivery and handling. Please note that returns are accepted only if the bed is repackaged in the original vacuum-sealed packaging. Ensure the bed is vacuumed and securely sealed before returning

That's a delightful and creative combination! "Wo.Cherie" meaning "My dear dog" is a charming interpretation, blending the playful bark of a dog with the endearing term "cherie" from French. It's a wonderful way to convey affection towards our furry friends.
