These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the website wocherie.com ('Website') and the purchase of products from Wocherie OÜ (registry code: 16826825), registered at Gerassimovi 4-64, 20105 Narva, Estonia ('we', 'us', 'our').

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Products and Availability

We sell dog collars and related accessories. All products are available for purchase and delivery within the European Union (EU) only.

Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or pricing errors), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

We do not store your full credit or debit card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to EU countries only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation but are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed before you complete your order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

•        Contact us at info@wocherie.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

•        Return the product to us in its original condition, unused and in original packaging where possible.

•        You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized or made to your specifications (custom orders), or to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (where applicable).

7. Warranty and Defective Products

Under EU consumer protection law, all products come with a minimum legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns outside of the 14-day withdrawal period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@wocherie.com to discuss your situation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Wocherie OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wocherie OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
